The Agriculture of the country is now demanding a complete change. The first and essential step in this direction would be to enact an enabling law to guarantee the farmers of the country a fair price for their produce, and it would be appropriate to do this in collaboration with the farmers’* organizations of the country. Tejram Vidrohi said that *Dr. Rajaram Tripathi, the son of the land of Chhattisgarh, was the first to tell all the farmer leaders of the country about the shortcomings of the three agricultural laws, and he was the first to shout against these laws.
