HUDCO, NBCC
Housing & Urban Development Corporation (Hudco) has signed a memorandum of understanding with NBCC (India) Ltd. for the development of a 10-acre land parcel owned by Hudco in Noida. NBCC will oversee the execution of the project, which is estimated to cost Rs 600 crore.
KEC International
KEC International has secured turnkey orders worth Rs 1,704 crore in its transmission and distribution business. These orders, from Power Grid Corporation of India, involve the design, supply, and installation of 765 kV transmission lines and GIS substations.
Godrej Properties
Godrej Properties has launched a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) to raise up to Rs 6,000 crore by selling equity shares to investors, aiming to fund its growth plans. Last month, the company’s board had approved the decision to raise Rs 6,000 crore through the issuance of securities.
